Ok,

1) have the camera pointed at a bike,
2) make it early morning so you get the sunrise. (in front of bike)
2) the ground can be on a hill, but walk straight ahead without looking at the ground,
3) get some good looking riding gear,
4) get some hot chick to hold your helmet (no pun intended) or starting the bike while you walk to it.

And do a reverse one for after the ride.

Feedback: Slower, more deliberate movements, makes you look more confident (you want to look like you know you're the fastest rider on the planet but don't care). Boris has covered a lot of what I would say, I don't necessarily think you need the bike in the shot, but don't walk back to the camera, walk closely past it (you can edit out the camera turn off).

Has potential, just needs a polish.

Here is a constructful feedback. If that will be your intro video to all your future blogs, I'd recommend shortning it down to 10 seconds or less or so.

Not everybody is patient enough to watch lengthy intros. Hell, I'm not even patient enough to watch a 15 seconds commercial!

Yep, I've got hours of cam footage, including when we did the Baja peninsula, and apart form the crashes, and there are a few, is just not that interesting.

thank you all for the great feedback, once I get my ZZR 400 I will remake this and will take what you guys have said on board, I really appreciate all your comments and I must say, some of the criticism made me laugh (not saying any names) when it is done and dusted I will post it on here and you guys can give your opinions on it again
