Honda XR250 seized - advice?

Yeah I know... I replaced oil & filter only a few weeks ago (flushed a full 1l through before change as well) so not sure why it's So bad. Bike feels like it runs very rich - could That do it?
Will have to check filter again if I salvage this engine

The colour of the oil is metal on metal, it's been chewing itself up
I'd say it's spun the shells on the big end that's what's pinched it up.

Running rich wont make the oil disappear ...

Forget the oil filter ... what is there to check (and why) .. ??? Get another engine and move on.
