Dirt bike fork length chart from early 80s

I've got a set of 37mm forks i'm trying to identify and source some replacements. They're pre 1982 and from a custom bike so no idea what model, all i know is there are charts out there to help source road ones of the era but i've yet to find any for off road.
Anyone out there know of anything please?

Have you got just the tubes or the complete forks?

I have a number of fork catalogs

not sure simply, the lower legs look like GS1000 but as i dont know a lot about farm bikes dont know whether they are common to other bikes....
things were a lot simpler in those days.
the forks are too long for a suzuki road bike and it has a cr250 rear shock from the day

I'd be putting a few pxts up of the offending forks this should help, most Japanese mx bikes used either Kayaba or Showa forks from that era the Euros used many a design Husky, Maico made there own , KTM used Marzocchi etc . Travel ranged from 225-300mm with 35-40mm stanchions.

GS 750L or 1000L maybe? they had longer forks to get the "cruiser/chopper" look, and then used leading axle sliders
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.
