I always stay under 100kph....
But I've seen 330+on the 12's speedo many times when I had it,over 250 on most straights trying to make lost ground on mates....
200 odd on the 750 speedo is common too.....
But they must be reading wrong.....

i couldent care less bout the speedo needle when on a bike. always faster than limit, sometimes realy fast, others super powered fast. as i see it, the cops dnt get me often, when they do i just accept it. all a gamble really
There is no dark side of the moon, really, as a matter of fact. Its all dark...
My 90kg on a 250 bike kinda limits me...but i generallly sit at 110 on the motorway...thats enough since i am on learners, but if empty motorway straights with no cars and its like 3kms straigh i let it climb quite high...
I think that when i get a bigger bike i will end up riding much quicker. The problem is, that when over taking be it in the car or on the bike, licence loosing speeds are too easily hit...more the car than the bike but still...
I prefer twisties etc where you can push yourself and the bike without breaking the law...100kph is unachievable with my level of skills through some of the twistier roads...
Has anyone been busted doing wheelies/stoppies?? If so, what is the most common kind of fine to recieve and how much??
I suggest that many who are good enough to pull decent wheelies/stoppies are probably the same ones who choose to twist rather than squeeze when the fuzz turn up.Originally Posted by Brett

Normally do 110- 120 except the other day when I thought I'd give it a bit more like 160, then slowed to 120 when coming around the corner there's a boy in blue. It was a good thing he couldn't turn at that spot, so had to carry on.
