Truck doing an illegal U-Turn, just over the brow of a hill actually.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Did not know him, only met him once.
Seemed like a nice enough bloke.

What pisses me off is how preventable the tradgedy was.....

Apparently he was sauced. Bad idea.
His helmet was old and scarred. Worse idea.

Apparently his freinds were informed that the mechanism of death was his old helmet disintergtating into sharp shards.

Kind of makes you think about all the riders you meet who bought their helmet second hand three years an two accidents ago.

There is no money in the world that could bring back one of my freinds or family.
There is no money I will not spend to look after my head after a severe head injury almost ended my innings and left me epileptic. (stupid thing about this is that was a bicyle accident and I had a brand new helmet in my bag, not on my head.)
If he was one of my freinds I would feel guilty about not giving him a hard time when I saw his helmet the weekend before. If I see any of you with a helmet like that anticipate a lecture.

    Don't be a cock,
    protect your rock.

Please note: I don't nor do I pretend to have all of the facts, but it made me feel violently ill to hear.
