Lol this website is full of over inflated egos...but what shit am I talking , according to Suzuki brochure the GSXR 750 Y is only 3kgs heavier than the 600 of same year or that my bike does 275kph, im not saying I sit on that all the time but it is fun getting up there every now and then...Hell Ive got mates on 1000s that do nearly 300kph so my speed is quite modest :spudwave:

i'll get my arse kicked, but if its dry ya never know....my pirelli sportdemons may give me an advantage...not one big enough to cancel out my lack of riding skill. i'm kinda scared of the hill cos i nearly got fucked by a truck on my first time over it and came off on the second time......oh well best not live in the past. when/where does the ride start?

not many bikes have a sweet spot that low.. My bike doesn't wake up until at least 7 or 8, and will happily scream it's little lungs out to 16,500.

If you take a corner at 15k rpm, for one, you haven't got much exit speed comin, so you'd find yourself changing mid-corner, which isn't the best idea since sliced bread. Also, at the high revs, the engine braking and accelerating is very harsh, so by screaming into a corner, then backing off or gunning it, there's more chance of breaking the back loose, and that isn't always much fun. Normally, hacking thru corners (obviously depending on the road and corners etc), the revs sit around 7-12k on average, and obvisouly climb exiting the corners

    buggy..
alot of the new litre bike have backtorque-limiting clutches that dont lock the back up under heavy downshifts.. ZX10, gixthou etc

by the way.. i ride a 1200 cuz im a fat fuck with a small dick

i like fj1200's. my old man has one, its a bit of a mongrel as far as fj's go but its fucken fast, he took me on the back a few days ago for the first time and we overtook a skyline sedan that attempted to race us. fark that thing went, i shoulda given the skyline the finger, but i was to busy holding on to the fucken bike for dear life, it was my first time past 170 on a bike.....no i didnt get my gn to 170. any way the old man decided 220 was a nice speed to stop scaring me at and so he sat there for a while. i got sore arms.

    Riiight. Where to start...

    'K.

    1) You might be a 50kg stringbean (are ya?) but some of us out there are carrying more than twice that. Put me on a modern 600 and it goes OK. On the litre it goes well.

    2) My old bike is an 1100 and the one before that a 900. I kept running out of performance on those, hence the ZX10R. Never had so much fun in my life. (On a bike, that is.)

    3) Having ridden a few smaller sports bikes I've concluded that they're fun to ride if you like being forced to ride at the peak of the power curve all the time, they're safer if you're a bit ham fisted and can't stop yourself randomly whacking the throttle open and they're almost certainly necessary if you're trying to ride on a scarfies budget. I'm none of these.

    4) What the hell can you possibly mean? The answer to everything is more horsepower! Isn't it? No? Hand in your membership card at the door on your way out.

    5) My dick is *cking huge. No, really.
