What year A4? Coolant temp sensor will make it rich all the time after it's off the cold idle circuit (heated oxy sensors only take a few seconds to warm up in them)
Got a decent mulitmeter? Or an oscilloscope?
MAF/MAP/AFM will cause a million fucked up issues if you're having trouble with them, oscilloscope or a very decent DMM will show what's going on
Worth pouring cold water on the front of the crank once it gets warm, may help if you have a failing CAS (turn it off first, or don't it's fun that way)

Playing in a skills area. Riding across a half round, but slipped off before the end (despite speeding up to try and finish quickly). Front wheel hits support underneath said half round, and with said speed, I'm flying over the bars with no questions asked, no protests allowed. Got 2 small puncture wounds from the pins in the flats in one leg, and several bruises. While some make it look easy, my talent is making it look hard

Today was more mountain bike riding, only tree hugging involved (first time a tree has grabbed my bar).

Tomorrow I shall make good, and back to motorbike riding for the week...

    97. Runs fine for a wee while, then starts fouling up. only sensor I can find is AFM, no MAF or MAP as far as I can tell. Resistances seem ok in the AFM with a hairdyer across it. Would of thought the CAS would of cut it out if playing up? Was gonna look and see if it has a couple of knock sensors somewhere as a couple of the lifters are a little sticky and thought that could be fucking with the timing. Still thinking its the CTS though really, Just seems to fit with the temp needle coming up so quickly from cold, and the electric fan starting up fairly quickly, even though the belt driven fan is working.

Sux when someone makes something look real easy, then you try it and find it is actually real hard. At least you never broke anything.

Today I finished the firewood apart from some rings to split. A zillion totara posts and blue gum, posts all cut up with the electric Homelite.

I left the bastard all his staples and wire. As for a girls saw, maybe, but it ripped through about 80 posts no problem. Started every time I pulled the trigger. No idle problems, no clogged air cleaner, oh, and I do have a " mans " saw in the shed.

That's a MAF you've found no AFM on them (technically)
I test a MAF by the voltage output while running, there will be specs somewhere, should rise in a linear fashion when you bring the revs up. Same with TPS
Worth checking the oxy sensors signals (I think the have both pre and post cat on them) an oscilloscope is rather handy for that
CAS can do many strange things
Is it fouling every plug? If not, would check ignition system
Can you get a fuel pressure gauge? Worth seeing if it is low, or high, both will cause rich running under no load. Pull the vac line off the fuel pressure reg and if you suck it (hehe) and taste petrol, you probably have a ducked reg.

Yeah well worth checking the CTS hot/cold, that'd be a nice simple fix!

Today I finished the Bandit exhaust, with new gaskets even! Will post pics soon

    Picture time kids

So, I ripped the headers off, used a scouring pad and compound to get rid of the tar.
I then used my little helper, pickling paste. (dangerous stuff, be very careful when using it) and after a few minutes with a soft brush it comes up in the matte finish you see. Pickling paste is used to clean off discolouration around welds on stainless, when heated the stainless decides to lose all its nickel content and goes fuckin' ugly.
I then spent a wee bit off time sanding out some of the scratches, bit of 800 through to 2000 sorts all that out.
Then attacked it with some stainless polish and a dremel.
Then had a fap. It looks much nicer Click image for larger version.
