And much easier to fit than pressing out bushes in lower arms.

Buy a kt from eBay. Fraction of Audi/VAG prices (even including shipping etc), and includes more bits than you'll need. And all the bushes are fitted in to nice shiny new arms.

I will get the Audi up in the air today, and have a damn good shuffties underneath. The 97 still going nicely, went for a spin around the block a couple of times(200+kms) on various different road surfaces, and was a bit of fun.
Crf250r motor just about back together, KLX should have its new tank here today and my new trike wheels arrived last night. Plus I managed to get the mower finished for the local transfer station.Oh, and sharpened and cleaned the local volunteer fire services chainsaw.

Buy another bike and see if it does the same thing?

make you bike go faster so it misses the turn off?

I did threaten it. I told it I would sell it and get another bike if it does the same again. Alas, my bike knows I'm bluffing. I love it too much.

I might try your other idea, though.

Spent a heap of gold on a Ralle Moto steering damper for the DR - last major farkle before the second big Oz trip in July. Only about 13,000 km this time but.
Motor running real sweet and suspension well sorted - looking good.
I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I always was.

    Today I

rode SH 16 from Wellsford to Helensville.

    Not often do you get:
    a day off
great weather (just the right temperature)
    little car traffic
lots of bikes on the road (good to see)
    great music in the helmet

    all at the same time.

Only down side was seeing a group of riders with one of their riders down. Ambulance, Fire and Police on the way. Hope they are ok.

All in all a good day!!

Today I loaded up my new 65L tail bag with stuff and tested out strapping it onto the bike, it looks to be just the ticket!
No problem putting in my tent, bedroll, sleeping bag, pillow & 3 legged stool - still room for more stuff!
I also fitted the mounting ring on my gas tank for my new 25L tank bag, no such thing as too much luggage space!

I also checked out camping grounds to stay next Thursday & Friday night (I have Fridays and Saturdays off) to check out how well I'm set up for camping before going on longer trips.
I'm looking at going to Rotorua after work on Thursday, staying overnight, riding through Waikite valley, Mangakino, Karapiro, Tauranga and back to Rotorua, staying overnight again and then heading home on Saturday. Spent time today on Google Maps checking out the route and using Google search to find possible camping grounds to stay at.

Today, I left home at 3.45am this morning and rode the scooter from Te Awamutu across to Whangamata. Returned this afternoon. Will put up a yarn about the Beach Hop and the hundreds of 50/ 60's cars on my scooter rides a bit later.
This wasn't the aimless ride I was going to do, but was a fantastic day out.

Changed the motor, adjusted the wheel bearings, cleaned and adjusted the brakes on a 95 L200 4x4. Changed a blown light on my mates dash panel in his 2000 commy. Fixed the control cable on dads lawnmower. And smoked some weed and talked some shit with a bunch of good cunts.
