    Honda CBX1000 Riders/owners

Well after no responses last post I thought that I would give it another shot!

If there are any CBX owners out there who would be interested in a mini rally, maybe at Taupo and an avenue to swap tech info, trade bits and pieces etc.
    drop me an email...bagster@xtra.co.nz.

Cmon boys I know you're out there, they were made to be ridden not as garage ornaments!!

Hmmm, nice bikes I must say. Wish I had one
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Something that will be worth more the older it gets

You may as well face up to the fact that there aren't too many weirdos like you out there.
I've forwarded your note to my friend Brian who shares your affliction.
    You would like his collection:

I prefer the term eccentric and it's an affliction I have had to live with since owning one back in 1980. Thanks for forwarding on the note.

Only rarely do you see a decent one up for sale, and they are not cheap. The one in your photo looks like a real minter.
