    Where to buy Rokstraps?

Trying to find where to get Rok Straps

The Rokstrap listed NZ distributor Lawfords seem to only do the non-adjustable ones, not the moto ones?

Ebay I'm looking at $15/pr (OK) plus $18 shipping (ugh)

    Any ideas, or alternatives?

Seems it hasn't changed from my thread here: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...able-ROK-strap

Ended up buying from Twisted Throttle.

    $45USD shipping for Twisted Throttle!

Just noticed that Revzilla do them, but no 'free shipping' as it's under $39

    Thanks for the help tho.

Boss was already ordering from Twisted Throttle.

I'd just add them to an order with whatever supplier you're buying something from... they take up bugger all room.

I got a couple of Rokstraps from Twisted Throttle with my tail bag - http://www.twistedthrottle.com/drysp...rcycle-dry-bag
I really like that bag - fits my tent, bedroll, sleeping bag and more. My panniers and top box are all too small for the length of my tent, so it is handy to have the tail bag to fit it in.

I wasn't comfortable with how safe the bag was with the 2 smaller Rokstraps so I bought some bigger ones from Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I use these diagonally over the tail bag while I use the smaller ones straight over the bag - I feel much happier about how securely the bag is fitted to the bike like this.
I've used this setup for the Cold Duck rally and more recently for the Cold Kiwi rally - the Rokstraps definitely rock!

From Amazon I ordered several things on the same order and had them sent to my www.shipito.com address, then consolidated with a couple of other packages and sent to me here. The shipping from Amazon to Shipito was free and the straps didn't add much to the total shipping cost to NZ.

Yep, those $51.84 straps are the same as the US$22 ones here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Good to know there is a local option, even if dearer. It looks like buying it from touratech.co.nz would mean $10 for p&p so that would be $61.84 - definitely dearer than buying from overseas. If they have the stock here then it would be quicker I presume.

Techmoto have some. Spotted them when I was in there. Website only lists this one: http://www.techmoto.co.nz/products/f...ps/rok-straps/

But give them a call. Phil Scott runs the place - he'll be able to fill you in on anything.

Edit: When you actually go into the product there's 4 sizes there.
