How do you know this guy on the CBR isn't heading down your street where your kids are playing right now? For all you know he could be, or on his way there.
Doing something about his dangerous rideing now may save someone elses life later on.

Or we could get on with our lives.....dont get me wrong i know what ya saying, But i dont see how calling the coppers or posting a pointless thread on here will help.....
the cops if your lucky may send a caby to tell him to slow down, it just seems you are all abit worried about what MIGHT happen, and your right he could blast down my street and hit one of my kids right now, but thats my problem to sort out, and in the big scheem of things who else would give a toss? its like every weekend ya here in the news about this crash and that murder but i honestly dont care and i would be telling lies if i said i did.. its a case if it aint me i dont care, if we did we would all be PIGS, or im starting to think some of you are just wana be coppers..

Life is all a series of decisions that have consequences... I decided not to buy a house on a street that could be used as a drag strip so my daughter doesn't have to suffer the fate of being run over by a young chap who hasn't yet realised the potential consequences of his actions... instead she'll get run over by the poorly maintained overloaded people movers driven by blind inattentive unlicensed twats that frequent my neighbourhood. But at least they'll be doing under 50k, so according to LTNZ she'll be fine.

Don't want to call the cops? Fine, dont call them. But be sure to do something to show the person the error of thier ways. Had a guy a few weeks back turn down the wrong side of the centre barrier on the corner up the road fro my house nearly taking me out. Rather than say "oh I survived I wont worry about it anymore" I got very pissed off for two reasons. The first and most important is that there are several little kids living on my street. If this guy is gonna drive like that in my neighborhood he is very likely to kill one of them one day. The second reason was I spent almost 6 months with a broken bike and had only just gotten it back together again. I followed the guy for about an hour and ended up breaking off his wing mirror and his driver side window.

Not exactly a safe/wise thing to do but you can bet your ass he doesn't drive crazy in my area anymore. He took a shortcut to save himself three seconds and I made him spend an hour driving around trying to lose me and costed him whatever it is for a new mirror and window. That's one less idiotic driver I have to worry about on my roads.

You should have used a claw hammer aye......well done, the point im tring to make is we all make mistakes on the road, can u honestly tell me you have never made an error??? if not you should be a driving instructor.

At the end of the day if its blasting off down the highway at warp factor 9 and being to young or stupid to not know any beter, or being tired after a long day at work and forgeting to indicate a turn, we are all only human and make mistakes...I used to love KB but all its become in the past few months is a im better than everone else on the roads bash sesion for all the COCKS who seem to have never made a mistake.....fkn live a little people...

Anyway, ofcourse I've made mistakes. Broke my arm and was off the bike for 2 months because of one. Everyone makes mistakes that's only human. But it is not a mistake to speed or drive like an idiot. It's a choice. A made decision to do something stupid. I'm no better than anyone else and I make bad choices too. That wasn't what I was talking about though, I'm not claiing to be better than anyone else. My point was if you don't do anything then you are only making things worse.

My last experience with *555 wasn't so succesful. Some guy cuts me off with no tail lights or headlights (only parkers were on) and calling *555 then following him on police instruction for 10 minutes being assured that 'there is a officer at the taupo turn off'. another cop vehicle pulls out behind me and does absolutly nothing, (despite me telling the operator so) and i'mstill following this guy. Then the car supposidly waiting for us comes flying past pretty damn fast, lights on,then brakes heavily into a U-turn. The bloke i'm following turns off about a k up the road then heads down a smaller road. At this point i am tols that the cop car following us was ' heading out to another incident'.
So ok the guy got away to private property but did the operator have to bullshit me? woulda been better to be honest about it.

Did you read the first post? Hes talking about some knob on an absolute crapper of a bike wearing jeans a teashirt going straight though a red light then doing 150kmh or so in a 50kmh zone full of kids and other people.

Thats not blatting it on an open highway or forgetting to indicate, thats someone with a death wish whose either gonna kill himself or someone else.
