    So if this was one of the 100,000 or so cars with clocked odometers would any of you give a rat's arse???? Tell TM if you feel the need, this is the best way to handle the situation....and it is 'Buyer Beware' however unfortunate that is

    Ethical question

    LMVD would take a dim view but can't do shit unless they are also a dealer. They will however point you to how you can legitimately have the VIR record updated.
    This will only help those who help themselves by paying $12-15 depending on vendor to get and actually read the report.


    If the vendor becomes aware of this change they can have that removed, for a fee. Mind you who VIRs their own vehicle?
