    New tech (Warning. Not luddite safe)

    On this page is some interesting alternate fuel technology. What I really like is the dinky scooter

    Leela -"we stopped using petroleum fuels for cars ages ago,it was an environmental disaster"

    Fry -"so what do you use"

    Leela -"whale oil" (scene shifts to a drum of "Mobil Dick" brand fuel,standing in the corner

    I forgot - On gizmag, the mad french have invented compressed air. Here is a link to the MDI vehicle that runs only on compressed air at speeds less than 50km/hr.

    Is the torque on those specs right?? Seems pretty powerfull for such a tiny car

    Quite a lot of GMCs cars are able to run on ethanol. In america, 2/3 of those driving these cars don't even realise they can run on ethanol and use petrol anyway. So much for GMCs attempt to making cleaner burning cars
