Love all the belt driven power tools, with the drives mounted to the rafters.
very common - one steam mill could power an entire shop.
the lathe on the far left was originally foot powered (think singer sewing machine) but converted to the overhead layshaft. (foot pedal and flywheels still visible)
no fucking chuck guards or emergency stops round here boy!

you're talking shit, they never put the windows in the crankcase till 1906, think you'll find the one in wiki is an 06 as they also started mounting the oil pump on the right side of the tank for the first time in 06, can't see the left side to see whether it has windows in the cases.
it's either 06 or 07 as in 08 they changed the front forks side plate from the upside down L shape to more like a T shape.
