    I'm 6'3 - 6'4, and I fit an 07 Ninja 250. And there are plenty of bigger bikes available under the LAMS rules. ER-6F LAMS and GSX650FU spring to mind out of sport models, not to mention DRs, DRZs, heck there's even a LAMS V-Strom now.
    Actually the NZTA did issue exemptions from time to time, but with the change to LAMS bikes several years ago exemptions are no sought, nor granted, as often as they were...

    Yeah but old school bikes likes RD350/400, Kawasaki S2, Benelli 650 Tornado etc etc not exactly learner friendly (compared to what a LAMS bike should be, theoretically)
