Donuts too dry? Dip 'em in your pint.
Merlot - red wine. Drunk by all us upperclass yobs.
You could always try a naturopath for diet advice.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Donuts and beer

for those of you who are metric-centric...
    ( 270 pounds = 123 kg.. 240 = 108 kg [what i weigh now]) 5 miles = 8 km

We are all metri-centric - it's a much better system than 16ths, 32nds and 64ths ffs. Your lot are the only ones too daft to realise it.

    Placid,
Middle age, Pizza, donuts and beer got me to 160kgs before I did something about it.

I guess I'll make an appointment to see a Dr and hopefully the Dr can tell me why I'm so damn skinny and can't put on weight... Now all I need to do is find a Dr that works on Saturday afternoons as thats my only free time other than Sundays

I suspect it would be of the purple-veined custard-chucking variety since WT suggested it.

Gahh. This is SO unfair. I would love to be skinny. Then I could devote myself to eating the skinny body back up to a decent size.

The answer you are looking for is pies. Pies and beer. Lots of pies and lots of beer. Gauranteed to put on weight.

There are two really simple ways of doing it. 1) turn 35, 2) eat natural foods (not processed stuff), 3) 2000+ calories per day.

Number 2 is the hardest because just about everything here is rubbish mass produced food.

Yep, I've just finished eating it at the place down the road for Half-Price Wednesdays.
Shame that the steak wasn't as fat as usual. But oh man, do I feel better

Decent donuts are a PITA to find. I haven't had a decent one since about '95 :/

that would be fun! I was meant to go to the track day in Taupo that Frosty organised, but couldn't confirm so far from the date Now all the spots are gone... Racing is rather expensive though isn't it?

Yeah one of my ex-flatmates is a qualified personal trainer... she told me I had "long limbs" and so it would be harder to build muscle mass, and before I even think about trying to do weights and stuff that I need to put on weight otherwise my body will be eating away at the muscle I've got, to try to biuld more muscle...

I used to be a member of Les Mills in Auck Central... and thats why I'm anti gyms...

Yes indeed, it would be f*ken fun!!

Have you looked at this thread for this Saturday?: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=16467

It's a bit more closer to home if that helps.

Racing is just as expensive as it is fun. It doesn't always have to be though, cause you can always get a bucket (small 100cc home built racer) and have just as much fun as racing in the bigger classes. If you are thinking about it, definetly give it a go!
