I've been taking my son to the Sandpit a bit, and am thinking about upgrading my bike so I can keep up with him. I've been using my twin shock XR200 which goes fine but is a bit tiring.
I'm thinking of switching to a 125 2 stroke MX as they look nice and light with more power, but am wondering if it will be just as hard work keeping it in the power band.
I don't go hard, just want to keep up with a 12 year old.
A couple of people have said 125 MX'ers have no torque and need heaps of revving to do anything and wouldn't be suitable, any opinions?
