Does this work? Convert licence to Aus

I'm on my restricted, but regularly get caught out by the 10pm rule and have to leave my bike places which drives me crazy.

It looks like I can convert to an Australian Licence basically no questions asked. Aussie has similar restrictions for the first year as NZ Restricted Licence, but nothing about hours.

In theory, could I convert to Aussie licence, and use that in NZ for a year (time before you are required to convert), and be able to drive after 10pm? by the time my year is up i'll be able to sit my NZ full...

Seems to simple, they must have something to prevent people doing this?

Considering the Scorpio is a lightweight, slug of a bike.
What could you possibly doing wrong to get caught so often? besides driving through booze busses. In which case you need to join a checkpoint watch page

Unless you're under 20 and out on a Sat night cruising around I think you'll be right.

If you want to go for your full earlier take a trip to Raro instead of the Aus transfer (which I don't know anything about sorry)
