    Bridgestone M404 rear

Once I round the knobs off my rear, is it okay to rotate it and run it in reverse so I have a sharp edge again?

    yes,

and then you can cut them down with a knife after that to get a little bit more out of it if you are that way inclined, (my old man always did this to my 80 tyres)
