Long time since I've ridden with an open face helmet

That all changed today and quite pleasant it was to though a little chilly, was my B-day and upon arriving home found said helmet with a card that read "every year on this day you moan about getting old so i figured you might as well look it"To be honest i kinda like it,went for a ride and yea sure did remind me of days long past, leather coverings a nice touch and she did well with the old school goggles, very thoughtful (i think).Dunno if i would use it on big rides but for short jaunts yea why not what have i got to lose besides my jaw etcVic had been asking me what i wanted for weeks but i couldnt think of anything so forgot about it,a nice surprise indeed.

There's a fucking good reason we'd rather you wore a full face and it isn't safety related

That's not bad. Doesn't look as out of place with the TL as I would've thought.

Wind might be getting a bit rough on the face by 4th gear though.

like the look of the leather covered helmet. Can't say I would do open faced though, guess it would be ok around town, but it does look good.
