    Smile Such Fun!

Just some pics from the waipawa bucket racing today.
Was a pretty good day out, Gn1nitestnd has her 1st aperance on the pocket bike, gettn real good real fast!
Due to tightening of the rules, i wasnt allowed to race in the licenced class and had to play dodge the novice. No worries though. It was clear for all to see that the Hilbilly Deluxe (my bike) was by far the fastest on the track. The licenced riders all agreed i would have thrashed them.
Got a few pics of the speights_bud A100. Im real impressed with how his riding has progressed over the last few months. Youre gonna make a great rider!
The only real dark cloud is... while my mate was thrashing the deluxe round, it cut out. Apon investigation, we have burnt out the alternator coil windings. Bugger. Oh well will have it ready for next month no doubt

Well done to everyone out there. Especially the young 13 year old they let back on the track!

PS: Roger and I have recovered from our HUGE pit shouting match, back to bein friends again

More pics to come, this stuff takes a while. Anyone else that was there feel free to post more pics and comments

    Frogman

Dammit. pics wont upload. will try again tomorow

    Let me guess, it went:

"You don't have a licence, sorry mate, you can't race."

"You cunts are just scared the new bike'll kick your arse!"

"Don't be like that, the rules are the rules"

"Well fuck you and your shitty bucket, I'm going to start my own race series!"

"Good! Fuck off, your bike's a heap of shit anyway!"

Heh heh, seen a few like that myself.

    Cheers Dan,
Yea it was a bugger the deluxe cooked itself, be interesting to know what modified parts in particular caused it?
As for the young guy out there, he's got some Vnice lines, lucky i don't got a licence coz he probably woulda beaten me!

As for the rest of the day i was pretty happy with how it went. Getting to know most of the guys there now so it's making things more enjoyable. getting out there on the track was great fun knowing that my short hours of sleep for the last week weren't wasted. starting to sort out some better strategies and lines for the track now.
Will try and upload some decent-ish photo's. I think we were all going a bit fast for mother-of-speights_bud, plenty of half front wheel and rear wheel shots .
All in all a good day out, looking forward to next month.

i only did 1 race. gave myslef a 50m handicap. still passed you all by 1st corner. then started lappn the slow guys. The reason the windings burnt out is the motor revs much higher now. that was pulling too many amps through the windings wires. so, like a fuse, they burnt out.

Ok whatever you say, Can't say i ever remembered being passed by anyone throughout the day, but i did miss the first race due to technical difficuilty's.
But i do recall seeing the deluxe not far behind me while glancing across on the back hairpin.

Youre not really trying to sujest that you and the a100 beat me or alistsair are you?????????

If you were at front of the pack, i would have only passed you heading into 1st corner. when you saw me behind you, i would have been coming up to lap you

Used to calln it my bike on account of the zillions of hours and $$$ i have spent on it while youre ass was growin some more while planted to ur couch!
Yes it is the team bike, but dnt mention particular amounts of $$ spent, as what you spent forkn out for the base of the engine is very little compared to what has been spent to get it to this stage... And lets not forget the lobour factor... lazy cunt
