Long riders?

Hi all,

I'm leaving Auckland on Saturday morning. Front brakes pistons have been reconditioned with new pads, new front tire, oil changed and after an unexpected rectifier failure all is ready for an Italian tune up.

What I'm now thinking about is booking the Sunday 2:30am ferry crossing. Is there any reason not to?

Sunday should get me well down into the South Island to find a place to stay. It looks like the weather turns somewhat bad after Monday and I may have to hold up somewhere. Booking DONE and paid for!!!
