I would avoid a cop if I thought I'd been spotted doing something naughty but as soon as the lights started flashing I'd be pulling over. Registration plate on the back is too much of a give-away.

You forgot to mention that I was riding pillion, nude, apart from an an Uzzi, shooting innocent bystanders while singing, "born to be wild".

No he dosent start with that, he cant pull wheelies for shit on a pushbike!

Theres a whole heap of things to consider when doing the runner:

Time of day, and location you are at.
Speed you are going and how bad for your licence it will be.
Side roads available and knowledge of the area.
Place to hide, home, mates, etc
Can your bike do the job you need it too, ie twice i've been pulled when my bike isnt up to scratch, one no damping in my forks = shit handling bike, too dangerous to myself and others to run, and a half flat rear tyre the other time, again too dangerous.
You can be smart about it and do it realitivly safe, for what you're doing, but you have to consider everything in a split second and get the fuck out there, staying on the same road, m/way is a very dumb thing to do as well.

I aint no angel, but i dont make it a daily occurance, more weekly.

i have done it once. I am assamed to admit. In a nissan Siliva. Personnalized plate and all. Have never got a ticket before and just freaked. Dived off the main road before he got back round the corner and then went back roads on the way home. That was three or four years ago and havent heard anything since. dont think id do it again though.
The real mystery is how come that fat bastard Hurley has never lost any weight.

i wouldnt, and pup couldnt, lol. dont really do anything worth ticketing aside from riding after 10 once or twice a week after work [finish 9.30 and pup is not a night bike at all] generally stick to the speed limit cept when on the highways....then i stick to the posted limit or 100.

I also noticed my bikes tank is getting bigger - can put more $$$ worth of gas into it nowadays!!

Ive done it once and only because i knew how long it'd take the cop to turn around...............if he was right behind me i dont think i'd do it, i'd be to worried about whether he got my plate or not. But in saying that it does depend on the conditions
