You've never been to court have you?! What the cops says goes. If the cop says you pulled a stand up wheelie while flashing him the bird at 160k then that's what the court believes you did. Truth is always the real victim in court. Reasonable doubt only applies if there is either a) conclusive video evidence proving otherwise, or b) your lawyer plays golf with the judge.
