    Why not a light sensitive visor thats dark in bright sunlight and clear at night?

    Fog City already makes photochromatic visor inserts . Have a look under Hyper Optiks on the Fog City website.

    Well, it's a really long tunnel, and light can't seem to find its way in... funny how most tunnels are like that eh?

    I was with my parents on a holiday down south, and when we entered the tunnel I was wondering how the hell my dad could see anything. Then I took my sunnies off.

    No photochromatic filter/visor thing could change fast enough not to present a massive hazard. You would go from large amounts of light (and when there is snow, glare) to relative complete darkness...
