    V8 Indian

Went for a ride to Matakana on the old BMW, visited an art gallery with motorcycles on display.
Some of them were Mr Crosbys.
My fave was the V8 Indian project.

..Had a call to bring a race bike to the Smash Palace bike show in Chch on saturday...I was blown away by the 100+ bikes that turned up...I actually thought that they were in need of more bikes when I got the call...the older Indian and Harley section, all prewar was probably the best collection of these machines I had ever seen in one spot...a quick and rough tot up of the worth of just that display was probably over a couple of million...the other Brit and Euro stuff was equally fantastic as was the smaller jappy machinery...I got my first glimpse of a rarity there, a Matchless Silver Hawk, V4 and original...no pic sorry...hopefully someone will have some that I can post up...fantastic show...
