The weight of the world likely remains on his shoulders long after dismounting.

Give them a ring (if their number is on their vehicle) and tell them off ... but I usually have to leave a message ...

It depends on how many times they have had a tap on the window, unintelligible muffled shouting from someone in a helmet or their mirror kicked off when they have simply failed to comply with some law that the rider thinks was important to them at that particular time, or they made a mistake. You know, perhaps they were *555'ing some drunk who was all over the road and was in fact saving your life although you did not know it?

On the rare occasion I am on four wheels I will answer my phone if it rings and if I assess the risk as being low. I will also exceed the speed limit daily if I assess the risk as being low. In both cases risk means the chance of crashing and the chance of getting caught. If I get caught then I expect to put up with a lecture from the fuzz, but not from some dogooder, they can talk to the hand.

So in answer to your question, yes, definitely.

    The other day.....
    driver turning into one way,
me doing same thing from opposite side of intersection...
driver turning unfaltering into wrong lane for starters,
more annoyingly I was in that very lane one bike...
    driver was studying crotch....

Is one supposed not to react to that....?
If so, then I failed completely....
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

given how frequently i do "apparently dangerous" illegal shit... like, you know, travelling at speeds in excess of the posted limit, or, in this case, calling/texting cunts (frequency= fucken frequently) VS times i've run a motorcyclist off the cunting road(or crashed into anything at all whilst doing such things) (frequency=none fucking ever)
you're statistically pretty fucking safe with me doing that shit, dawg.
Safe with you doing that perhaps but I sure as shit don't feel that safe around the average inattentive driver on their phone.

Pretty tough but I manage easily enough.

An extreme example that a driver on their phone might cause a crash within 5 minutes time if I didn't "stop" them, but I'm sure you understand the point.

Having said that, I probably only call out 1 of 50 drivers I see on their phone cos I usually don't think it's my place to be enforcing the law when I'm just an average road user like anyone else.

Riders are a bit busy to notice drivers texting.
I have evolved as a KB member. Now nothing I say should be taken seriously.
