    Knee braces?

    hi all
looking at getting some knee braces. after any info on usage ,i.e comfort levels, do they slip or move over a days riding(possible issue with the pods). also are there any particular models that will stop the kneecap moving sideways.son has this happening so no riding for him until we solve it . booked in to a specialist in a month.ta for any advice

not really protect the patella from moving that i know of, as they all leave a space around it so you can move your knee, the first ride is a bit weird in them if you are used to them,

i use Asterix, and have for a long time, they are comfortable for a long ride if ou have them adjusted properly.

I had that when I was younger, still do but no where near as bad.

What kinda bike? If the bend isn't too aggressive he could just tape it up with sports tape. Physio will show him how to do it correctly otherwise there will be vids on youtube.

Interested to see what sort of options pop up brace wise though. I wear some compression type neoprene ones occasionally with mixed results on the comfort front.
