    Good work.
My buyer caught a ride with his brother for 6hrs then paid and drove it 6hrs home. Get ready for all the punters to mail you and ask if he paid and if not they want the van. I had 3 that found their wallet once my van had sold. 3 punters that should have placed a bid. One was willing to pay 3k after offering me 2k 3 days earlier.
I have evolved as a KB member. Now nothing I say should be taken seriously.

    He came back today and....

The prospective buyer wanted another look.
He had a sneaky look whilst I was on my way and wanted to view the underside etc of the van. He found a spare key
I didn't even know one was there!
Anyway, he then set up a test device on the radiator......

Oh shit he says, you have serious issue, I think the head id cracked etc blah blah....
He wasn't even getting a seal on the frickin thing! I think we have issues he states...
Oh well a sale lost, no biggie I will keep it.

We took a good drive and put the engine under load and sped up and down through the ranges etc and everything was fine. I think he was being cautious which is good and once he checked the
moon roof and the other windows that open to the world, he was fine.

Monies' were exchanged, I ran to the bank pronto and once the funds clear it is all his.

He is a bit of a dinosaur and prefers the olde world and the cheque method and a shake of the hands. The change of ownership was even done with a pen and paper once I found one...
All good, happy that it has gone (well, almost. It is outside the house for three working days ) and I can concentrate on the DR 650 and the VStrom....

Many thanks all for your comments, all constructive and taken onboard

I asked the question and you all obliged! Cheers

Yep, over the years seen a lot of people who have the fancy tell all gear and no idea how to use or intemperate the data.

When have a house built in Texas the builder rep had some issues about home buyers having access to 4ft levels. Reckoned they wasted hours of his time.
