Stuff falls off dirtbikes. it shouldn't but with the love of engine vibration, stutter bumps & occasionally slack mechanicing it occurs.

Best I think to grab stuff you see & drop it back to base so people can at least ask if it has been handed in.

I was glad to get my sidestand & mounting bracket back. replacing a GG one would have been expensive & a drag.

So if was you that found it - thanks.


A mate had spotted it so we went for a good look.

They have a dicky mounting system, I'll be using nylocks & Loctite, but will try reengineer so you're not replying on the roller keeping tension.

seems a few other people lost a couple of parts as well.

better this stuff than the honda rider with only one foot peg i guess.

Potty said he saw a kick starter, a kick stand (mine as it turns out) and a sidecover.

I'm not that observant, I'm struggling to stay on the trail & occasionally have a glimpse of the scenery.
