feel free to come over I've still got pieces of broken spring you can molest.
Yes, but if the gear lever itself is flopping around loosely it is spring (27) that is broken.

(And besides, you know nothing - my nuts are positively tingling at the moment).

dude mitre 10 is open so you can build a bridge to get over this, the gear lever is also floppy (as in moves up and down with no resistance) when spring 20 is boken, as it cannot get any purchase on the shift drum.

its like having Anal sex with freddy mercury with too much lube.

    trust me, I know.

If spring (27) is intact there will still be spring tension returning the gear lever to it's central position.

Trust me, you're not going to win this argument.

Yes, it will be central, but its still moves up and down with no resistance.

I didn't know this was an argument.

Why would I have a piece of shit motorcycle?

If spring(27) is intact there will still be the spring resistance imparted by that spring.

Trust me, I read a book on it once.

Its like trying to tell a woman you know how her vagina works, you can read all the books you want, but unless you have one you are just guessing.
