    I don't think so, motard failed to give way and yield to traffic signal, filming rider has every right to change lanes as was through the signal, If it was a cager would you say the same?,if rider tee boned and injured someone in your family would you say the same?
    We wonder why rego acc costs are so high, we have to cover pea brain riders.
