Might consider it though as with the cost of gas this thing is getting sexier every day! It is really a horrible thing to drive but it is so wonderfully simple and cheap to run I'd be gutted to lose it... $48 petrol = 485 km with 3 adults aboard... Amazing. Tyres = $55 each! Fark! Needed a $300 radiator jobbie and 2 tyres in the last 80,000 km but the CV's are getting a bit weary now.... ($79.00 fitted)

    God I love that car...
Yup - similar reasons why I hang on to my mighty KA Laser. Blissfully cheap to run, and fix!

I think I'll hang on to my gorgeous biker chick though methinks

(Is it just me, or did this thread get hijacked by male denial at the existence of such 80 YO biker chicks? We see an aged arse sans-photoshop and suddenly we feel the need to talk about engines and such like? I did it too, then realised...)

Sheeyit - I'd be proud to be with a woman who had that much confidence at that age!

Nope. A black plastic bag would suffice.

What is? Expressing an opinion? When did I wake up to find myself in Burma?

So, in your opinion (and we are only talking opinions here, and despite your opinion I am allowed to express mine) she's allowed to dress like that (and so she should, although I think she looks gross) and express her individuality, but I'm not allowed to express mine by saying I think she looks awful?

Smells a bit like double standards there me thinks.

However - if it were YOU in that picture in a similar state of undress, count on it i would be here defending YOUR right to wear [or 'not wear' as the case may be ] whatever the hell you chose where/ whensoever you felt like it in just the same way that i'm defending [i guess] hers.

Maybe that lady should take a dementia test. Or senality test

    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers

She wouldn't - unless it was 'how to make people feel ill?'.
    But that's just my opinion.

Probably not as much as you. But there is a cure! The BDOTGNZA can demonstrate it, if you like...
