Carrying wine bottles on the side of a pack rack

So coke bottles are fine, the little bungy cord keeps them nice and secure.

Wine bottles, with their smooth glass finish and tapered shape - not so much.

Much to the Wife's annoyance - here is now a $20 bottle of Sauv somewhere between the Silverdale Pack N Save and my house.

Zip the wine bottles, under your jacket, close to your heart

I must be missing something, why wasn't the wine in a pack, or a tank bag, or anywhere else it couldn't just drop off?

Look on the bright side though; coulda been worse, coulda been Champagne.

    Waste of good Sav. Shame.

I'd stick it down the front of my jacket. Could be messy if you binned it - look worse if it was a red wine!

Yo dog, I heard you like boxes.

So we put some wine in your box, so you can put some wine in your box....

When I was doing Fried chicken/Fish n chip delivery on 250 years ago I found large plastic pots of gravy don't travel well on bikes either, especially over railway crossings at xxxkm/h
After dumping a few peoples dinner on their front lawns I learnt to check the bottom of the bag first hehe...

I used to have a bag that was designed for keeping beer cold for golf enthusiasts. It was that chilly bag material, and it had a cord tie with a drawstring toggle and a velcro strap thing. Fucking brilliant - I used to use it for transporting wine on the pushbike. It would work equally well on the motorbike.

No idea where it came from or where it is now.....

not exactly like this but close to it.

    for your future reference.

Not a fan of Sauvignon Blanc personally but it would fit a bottle of Dom Perignon or Bollinger quite handily.

Obvious answer is obvious. Tell your wife to cut back on her drinking...
