    Xt400e valve clearances?

    I've searched HI and low near and far across the mighty interweb but no luck on finding valve clearances .yamaha nz said they were unsure themselves ..i really need to know them.
    Also trying to find the plastic side cover things that go on the fuel tank ..can anyone help ..
    chain slack adjustment as well ?

    Just use XT600 specs of around that year, only the bore and stroke are different.

    maybe the newer SR400... motors most lightly just a XT400 motor with a mod or two...

    ntake setting is .004 to .006 Exhaust setting is .008
