Riverhead Forest, Sunday 12 July

Waitemata club have a "family" ride at Riverhead this sunday, weather looks good, the forest is always interesting and the tracks are to suit most riders skills with the usual expert deviations. Children welcome as long as they accompany an adult on the tracks, there is no kids loop. Have a look on the club website for any fine print I may have missed......
$20 for club members or $40 to join on the day, great value and worth supporting.

Perfect conditions.

No rain for the 4 days leading up to the event with some cracker frosts only helping to dry it out some more. 50 km+ of trail really spread the field out and minimized any damage whilst retaining some good optional challenges for the keen. 85 riders and 80 new members for the Waitemata club.

Pussy Pounder next month. Riverhead for the hardcore trailrider!!!
