I need your help identifying an old motorcycle! Rare old stuff.

    Hey Guys,
A wee while back I acquired a cool old japanese motorcycle at a Local swap meet.
despite scouring the internet I have come up with no information on the bike apart from a few scraps of information regarding the manufacturer, but thats it!
No photos, not even a mention of the model name.
Things I do know about the bike:

    Brand: Gasuden
    Model: Super Collie
    Japanese
    50cc

Gasuden made motorcycle engines in the 50's for Fuji, one of the better known old Japanese manufacturers. Later, Yamaguchi and Fuji teamed up and made motorcycles under the Gasuden banner.
Gasuden engines were used in the Fuji Cabin Microcar - the engines seem to have been used in motorcycles made by other japanese manufacturers, like Martin.

    And that's all I know!
If anyone has ANY information, any photos, anything! it would be greatly appreciated, as I am working on getting the wee thing back on the road, and it is missing a few parts like the throttle and levers. I'm looking at having to use honda cub parts adapted to fit as this seems to be the only option.

Thanks man. I'm thinking I may need to enlist a japanese speaking person to do some searching for me. Hopefully there is more info online in japanese language.

Yamaguchi Bicycles and Fuji Motors partnered to build Gasuden brand motorcycles.

Initially they used a Villiers engine copy (Fuji .. the motors .. with Yamaguchi building the chassis)) ... but after the Bankruptcy of Yamaguchi in 1963 ... Hodaka Industries supplied 50cc, 80cc, 90cc and 200cc engines.

I would say your best bet is to drop an email to say classic bike magazine with a pic.

"At first, Yamaguchi used bikes styled motor Villiers clones Unload Fuji Motor supply to motorcycle manufacturers Gasuden but then they use the 50cc and 90cc machines with our actuators then Fuji Motor is also based on these models to parody Yamaguchi models
