How much for a ZX10 track bike

I agree. Every bike is different. As you said there must be bikes that have been ridden harder and maintained less even if they are not race bikes. There is nothing i can do to prove that my bike hasnt been ridden hard and has been maintained correctly.
I can however show dash videos of the track days (showing rev ranges and my times) an maintenance history. This will give some confidence to the interested buyer that my bike would be one of the best track bike (for the class) to buy. As i have mentioned before, it hasnt been ridden hard. I am no good on the track. I go for bit of fun and have only been on the track 10 times all up. All these things point out that bike is in mint condition.

We will leave it at that. No point in arguing. You are interested in the bike in $5500-$6500 and i am not selling at that price. End of conversation. Move on.

But there is also other road legal ones for around $12000 so it will give you an idea of pricing.

I am not pissed at your opinions at all. May be you misunderstood. I am just trying to show/prove that my bike is not a typical track bike. Its more of a road bike being under used of its capabilities. I know track bikes have a negative value/perception.

It doesn't go on the road, its a track bike.

Its a track bike, ergo it gets lumped with the prejudices (in regards to value) of all the other Track Day bikes.

The cynical person may also feel that all the attempts to justify the increased price is something along the lines of "The lady doth protest too much, methinks"
