    Probably an inside job

Cheap Chinese junk leftovers from The Warehouse's last year Christmas stock rotting in a container... What better way to get rid of it all at once than through insurance claims?

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Yep, it does sound a bit suss. Given the items stolen and the quantity surely they would be hard to dispose of without drawing suspicion.
Also where would you hide such a large haul without someone noticing.

Could well be an insurance job.

Would've been a lot easier to burn the place down which would seem to be the usual method.

That's a lot of stolen stuff to move, it's coming up Christmas though, then there's pub raffles, but getting rid of all that has to be a big job.

Personally, if I was going to take up thieving for a hobby, I'd sooner flog one decent bike.

Still, any theft is a kick in the guts for anyone individual or shop on the receiving end.

Bah, don't worry. The "victim" will claim at FULL price minus excess. Original value would've been $75 a piece anyways (except for the Mitsubishi ute).

Could be a boon for local bucket racing.
