1977 Honda CT125 tank paint issue

I have been working on my honda CT125 for awhile now i thought i had the tank finished but a few days after i filled it with gas this small bubble appeared my guess is that there is a small pin hole and the gas has lifted the paint. my question is whats the best way to solve this problem without welding or starting over. i have been looking online for ideas like maybe a gas tank sealer on the inside. it doesn't have to be a super pretty fix because i would be happy to put a sticker over the area once done. any help is appreciated cheers

If it is from petrol under the paint it will pop off and lift. Rub it back and slap that sticker over it.
