A good place to start is www.silverbullet.co.nz if you haven't found it.
I'm sure a local should be along with more information
Whale Oil, Beef, Hooked.
Karamu Trail Tracks have decent enduro loops. Also Thundercross park near Naike/Glen Murray.
But as mentioned above Silver Bullet is your best bet - there are quite a few good trail rides in the Waikato.
Whether you think you can or cant - you will always be right.
