Does anyone out there know where Mystery Checkpoint #1 is, and are you willing to divulge?

I know where Numbers 2, 3, and 4 are, and would be happy to swap info if you're stuck on them.

That ones messing with me as well - I'm sure I recognise it but can't place it. Mind you take comfort you're doing a lot better than me, I'm only definite about number 3 at the moment.

I only know where #2 is and its no where near where I intend to go.

I would like to find the others to rule them in or out

Funny enough it's the same with me and #3, I know where but no plans to go anywhere near. I'd offer to swap info but as a new member of this site so can't do PM's. Keep telling myself I've got plenty of time to find the others:-)

I've spoken to several riders about Checkpoint #1, and so far no-one's admitting to knowing where it is. The funny thing about it is that most are saying that it looks familiar, but they can't quite think where they've seen it.

One thing's for sure - it's out there!

Stupid mystery checkpoints... they're always a mystery to me.

However, a little birdie says all the checkpoints are less than 3300km, yet the organisers say it's not possible. Why do they have to say silly things like that? Now I'm starting to get that itch that needs scratching...

Don't say it too loud... next thing the organisers will add another checkpoint really out of the way like Lindas Pass or Cromwell.... or Jacksons Bay.... just to bugger up my route.

This LBD... (little black duck) could be considered a little birdie I suppose... now.... Found the check points and route... now to find a bike......

Further mystery trades are off... I have them all.... actually I had already found the church near Fairlie...

That is on the road out tp jurby air feild, from the turn off at Brabbon bridge, the famous jump spot I believe! Looks very familiar. I am not playing the game, but decided to see what this thread was all about, hope I am write and it helps ya all

I think you are wrong... it is on St Michaels road... the next road along heading west...
