    Innovv K1 camera

I have just bought a new VFR800 and after a nasty encounter with a BMW driver I am considering fitting my bike with a fixed camera.

Has anybody had any experience with the Innovv K1 camera kit?

    Any bad stories?

    Cheers!

What about a Go-Pro. Suction mounted, or stuck on. Water proof. 2 Hours record time on HD.

They are Versatile, I took mine on holiday and got some awesome water pics.

And the footage I have taken on the bike has been crystal clear.

I run the cheapest go pro. Stuck on the helmet. Hasn't come loose even at big speeds.
Had already paid for itself when a Chinese painter reversed into my path and denied it. Once his boss saw the video he paid up

    Just an update

So after a lot of deliberating, I convinced the missus that she should get me the Innovv K1s for Xmas Santa was very kind and gave me one!!

I have fitted the cameras to my bike and I must admit, I am quite impressed. The software that comes with the camera shows you the location, speed and direction of travel on a map.

Just been out for a quick ride up to Shelly Beach, Auckland and reviewed the footage; the rear camera may need re positioning as it is only attached to a plastic cover near the number plate and exhaust. I think the hot air is creating a new waves on the playback as everything is OK when the engine is off.

I'll upload some video (just playing with picture in picture) with front and rear in the same video.

    How's the camera working out?

Looking at getting one myself. Where did you order it from? a NZ supplier or overseas?

    Hi Vron,

It was ordered direct off the website WWW.innovv.com was about $265 USD and took less than 2 weeks to get here.

Mine had already paid for itself after an incident. Andy said the same thing

'cause I'm a grumpy old fucker who fails to see why people need to live on video camera and boobtube - and doesn't see why it takes 10 minutes of footage to show "video quality'

And who thinks all these fuckers with cameras running as just narks or spies for the PTB ... and who watched McGregor's Road madness to make sure one of those cunts hadn't got me on the road ..

    That do ya ??
