I'm not sure if owning a Rossi helmet indicates a flagrant disregard for the law?

Surry Hills - I should have brought there years ago. not much chance now.

Yes not much use of gloves or jackets that I saw, be pretty hot at 30 Degrees.

Some dick head will be filming bikes in a car parks with just expired meters and sending the footage in soon.

If the fuzz was already onto him let the lazy buggers earn their crumb for once. Bit more work involved than sitting behind a tree waiting for someone to meander past slightly over the limit.
