    Kermit Needs push starting

Hiya, my kermit bike (kawasaki Zx6R 1997) isn't starting properly. I always have to push start it. IT's a b1tch to push a 600cc bike when your'e female!
Once it's going it's all good. But when you press the start button it's like there's just not enough to quite turn it over. I've had it to the mechainc and he can't find the problem.
I learned that when you apply throttle and the headlight gets stronger that the battery is holding charge.
What should I do? .............yes it's the bike pic on my profile

have you sorted out the issue with your tail light staying on after you've switched the bike off?
Battery might be poked. Could pay to get someone to check out the charging system if this carries on..

The generator maybe working but the battery may not be able to hold the charge... new battery recommended.

Could also be faulty terminal connections between battery and starter and starter motor.

arc the starter motor solinoid with a screw driver

    Who's the pillion?
    Have you tried:
    Battery? Connectors etc
Plugs? Is there a spark? HT leads and all connector bits between
Fuel? Something dodgy with the carbs?

Try starting with all lights off, they might be soaking up the extra it needs to kick over.

+1 on the battery being the culprit.
