    Police presence warning

From the UK. A warning to continue on your law abiding riding, as there is a Policeman around the corner

It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

That's not disimilar to one used here. The upraised rotating finger immitating a red light. Perhaps a bit dated now that the disco lights have superceded a single rotating light but people seem to get the idea.

Wave your hand in front of your helmet as if to simulate a bad smell haha, thought this was funny the first time I came across this early warning

Here, tapping the helmet like is fairly commonly accepted as I'm OK.
Especially when riding in a group and you decide to drop back a bit or pull over and don't want others to stop.
Also commonly used to let people know you are okay after a crash.

    Bees.
Before the invention of the full face helmet it was not uncommon to see a rider smacking the side or top of his open face helmet to be rid of a nasty insect. So they smacked their helmets to avoid being stung. And indicated what lay ahead. Biker code.

A quick flick of high beam has been the most common signal I've known of.
