Honda Bros 650 opinion needed

i have a honda bros 650 up on trade me $3500 is the asking price i brought it from here. done some mod's its got a worn output shaft i did the evil of tac welding the front sprocket. you cant buy oem countershafts anymore. and i need to move on. (looking for a nice bonnie) back to the bros,, your opinion is needed price wise please. its work to fix the problem. the chain and sprockets were new and done less than 5k someone would get some fun for a while. heres the listing. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...1053505802.htm

You should have put your butcher repair in the advert, you have a moral obligation to do so
it is not in excellent condition, it has a butchered front sproket
tack welding any part of a gearbox or engine can cause arching between bearings and or gear faces which can cause other issues
i would be expecting a shit load of fun from $3500, more than you are likely to get from this
have a look on trade me at what you can buy for that money

Totally agree with skippa, unbelievable that you wouldn't disclose your shitty repair job in the ad. Either fix it properly or disclose the issue. In either case it isn't worth $3,500.

If it has a welded counter shaft then you need to sell it as a wreck. Its worthless now.

thanks fellas thats what i wanted some honest opinions. ill lower the price with the welded front sprocket. with a new warrant and rego i know it wont sell but its worth a crack. go buy myself another bike without a worn countershaft.

you've presumably welded (poorly) a part that is presumably designed to have an interference fit and shear key.

i paid 2750 and brought it from one of the members here with a fucked countershaft who couldnt be honest with me. who do you think is losing??
