You'd have to wonder why, if we did them such a favour, that percentage wise, they're massively over represented in the jails of the countries that have been *helped* eh?

The fix is jobs for the joe average, not likely to happen as long as or pollies view themselves as global citizens and not fellow countrymen.
Are we really getting, for example, cheap shoes now? Once you take into account the extra we pay out for, police, courts, dole, mental health,
housing, and the list goes on, I believe they cost a lot more than face value.
Not all people are born with the ability to hold down a skilled job, and this will never go away.
I think the real question is, what kind of country do we want to live in?Where does humanity now fit into the economic equation?
