True, on something like that it would have happened sssssssssoooooooo ssssssssssssssllllllllllllllllooooooooooooowwwwwww wwwwwwlllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy that he could have probably climbed up onto the left had side of the bike and surfed on it.

Ahh well, Mr I-am-such-a-fucking-cool-bad-ass-1%er wouldn't have felt quite so cool after that.... tho he probably DID have a bad ass....and shoulder .... not to mention his face with that pudding basin helmet.... forearms- don't forget the forearms..... and fingers! Bet those were pretty bad too. Cock- I have no sympathy for anyone that rides without so much as a jacket- easpecially on a road like The Dragon

    I dunno.
The guys I correspond with in Murka said he pulled the clutch in. I didn't actually study the photos at all.

Some time back, there was a similar series of photos (cousin of this dumbarse?) where the guy also thought he coudln't make the corner and cut it, and ran into another bike. Totalled the other bike (some Jap sprotsbike) and barely marked the Milwaukee Iron.

While we're on the DumbArseBashingTheme - I went for a coffee a while ago, to try to shorten the lifetimes of the bugs fornicating and otherwise partying it up large in my carcase, and there was a nice Sportster (that's 'Skirtster', for HD afficionados) parked outside. Mr Skirtster starts it up. Uh-oh.
Sounds like LoudPipes/SmallDick. Clutch slip / rev rev/ clutch slip / REV REV!!
Look at me!! LOOK AT ME!! REV!!!! REV!!!! REV REV REV REV!!!!!

Make that - VERY LOUD PIPES very very small dick.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

Yup, I'll be shying clear of any BatteredSemiNakedH-DRiders with a BatteredAndGougedLargeBargeFullDresser that I see on the road - except if I think he's about to hit the dirt again, an opportunity like that would be worth hanging around for!! Dunno about the clutch but I reckon he does lock the front wheel up
Pic 1: you can see a spoke or two but it's coming towards you so thats understandable
Pic 2: spokes and even tread are clearly visible
Pic 3: spokes and tread no longer visible

But the stupid thing is- the bike STILL isn't leaning any further. I agree with those above- it probably never actually went down. Mr I-am-such-a-fucking-cool-bad-ass-1%er looks to have paniced, done EVERYTHING wrong, and then abandoned ship

I am with Tony here. The front wheel is locked up and I reckon he just fell off because he wasn't holding on properley.

that's gonna sting in the morning..
why did he bail out? so could have saved that.. well, looks like it anyway
if he had ridden it out, he could have got away with it. I reckon the bike probably just slid to the edge of the road, and parked itself up like that.

And where's the 'after' shots too? dag namit

    Nah.

He'd never experience such a HUGE amount of lean before, thought the bike was falling over, went "Mommeeeeeee!!!" and abandoned ship.

Whoop! Whoooop! Maximum lean angle exceeded!
The ship is about to founder!
    Abandon ship! Abandon ship!

I'm with Hitcher - my first thought was 'skin graft'.
Everyone falls off, but That Dragon - Deals Gap road appears to be as good as some NZ roads. Why would you ride it in a singlet and jeans? Silly man.
