Try Wolf Mufflers, there in Auckland, on Dominion Rd (Auck end)

But do ya think they'd stock 38mm? Not really a car sizing such as 2".

The perf tube they use in automotive mufflers is at least 1.6 to 2mm wall so it is ultra heavy and normally louvered ..am trying to think of the place in East Tamaki that makes thin punched perf tube, you could try giving Tube Benders in Cryers Road a ring, they should know..if you are not worried about weight then the place in Maurice Road will sell you some, same again, forgot the name but they are on the left, down a drive at the top of the hill from the Church St end.
